A huge thank you to everyone who’s traveled with us, supported us, and believed in what we’re building. Your trust means the world to us. Together, we’ve not only created unforgettable journeys but also helped connect local and international experts using tourism to support conservation and scientific research in Mongolia.

This award is a big honor for our team, and we’ll keep doing our best to live up to it.

Here’s to more adventures ahead — thank you for being part of our story! 🥳

WHAT’S NEW?

This month, we were excited to attend the Global BirdFair 2025 for the second year in a row! To mark the occasion, we introduced new, customized trips including a migratory birding tour and a wildlife quest focused on two of Mongolia’s iconic wild cats: the snow leopard and the manul. These adventures are led by our experienced local field biologist.

Check out our new programs. We’d love to have you join us!

FROM GOBI TO GOLDEN EAGLE FESTIVAL

📅 Sep 26 - Oct 08, 2025

Every year, over 100 Kazakhs, who train Golden Eagles for hunting, gather around in a valley of the Altai Mountains and celebrate the Golden Eagle Festival. There’s no age and gender restriction and both men and women compete. Passed down to generations, the falconry was only preserved among the Kazakh community in Mongolia. Thanks to the festival in the past 15 years, this unique tradition is coming back. Also, this trip is one of the best examples of sustainable tourism supporting the local community.

As part of our “Mongolian Learning Academy” initiative, we support a newly excavated archaeological site and the ongoing expedition led by Dr. Iderkhangai Tumur-Ochir from the National University of Mongolia’s Department of Anthropology and Archaeology.
First discovered in 2018, the site reveals something extraordinary: overlapping burials from three distinct eras—late Bronze Age, early Xiongnu, and Xianbei.
