📌 Trip Highlights

The Mongol Daguur, a flat plain with rolling hills in the Ulz river basin, features wetlands and lakes that host thousands of molting water birds, including cranes and other notable species. Recognized as an Important Crane Site, it supports unique steppe and desert species. The journey starts in Ulaanbaatar, crosses the eastern steppe, and explores the Gobi Desert's unique ecosystems.
